HOW A MUSHROOM GROWS

  1. It starts with one spore.

    A single spore, far smaller than a grain of sand, drifts down and lands on something it can feed on.

  2. Threads spread underground.

    It sends out fine white threads called mycelium. This hidden network is most of the fungus, and it can grow for weeks before anything shows.

  3. A pin breaks the surface.

    When conditions are right, the network gathers into a tiny knot that pushes up through the ground: a pin.

  4. The mushroom opens.

    The pin swells into a stem and cap. The mushroom is only the fruit; the organism is the network below.

  5. And the cycle begins again.

    Gills under the cap release spores into the air, and some of them drift down to start again.

What if I miss the 10 p.m. cutoff?

Orders must be placed before 10 p.m. Toronto time to qualify for same-day delivery. After that, today’s same-day window is closed. Check your area again the next day.

How much does delivery cost?

Toronto same-day delivery is $10.00 CAD, free on orders of $60.00 or more. GTA same-day is $15.00 CAD, free over $80.00. Shipping across Canada is $20.00 CAD, free over $150.00, and worldwide shipping is $35.00 CAD, free over $250.00. The fee for your address appears before you finish checkout.

How will my order be packaged?

Your items are carefully packed in plain outer packaging. Add any delivery instructions, such as your buzzer number or entry details, in the notes field at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Call or text us at (416) 618-1454, or message @shroomverseofficial, as soon as possible with your order reference. We’ll check whether a change or cancellation is still possible before dispatch. Changes aren’t guaranteed once your order is on its way.
